Have you suddenly fallen ill or are you worried about the weather? We are happy to exchange your tickets to an alternate date and time or issue you a credit note.
Please fill out the form below at least 2 hours prior to the start of your booked performance and someone in our box office team will process the exchange as soon as possible. Late submissions will note be honoured.
Please note that you may not hear from us right away, as the exchanges can take between 24-48hrs to be processed. You have nothing to worry about, your booking will be honoured from the timestamp of submission.
Note: All requested changes are subject to availability and refunds will not be accepted if we can not meet you date change request.
There is no fee for an exchange. However, if you are exchanging to a performance with tickets of a different price, (ie: off-peak performance to peak performance), you will be required to pay the balance.
